These three cities make it very obvious that they are modelled after some well-known real cities in America, namely San Francisco, Miami, and New York respectively.

The Grand Theft Auto series has taken players through various iconic cities, but one modder wasn't satisfied with seeing the locations that players know so well come and go with each new installment, so they created a mod that combines the series' first three cities, and perhaps the most liked cities, into one giant map.
